Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS apps and related services ("the Service") provided by App Dragon. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. The Service

App Dragon provides iOS apps such as productivity and utility tools. Each app's features, supported devices, and required OS versions are listed on its App Store page. The Service may be changed, extended, or discontinued without prior notice.

2. In-app purchases & subscriptions

Some apps offer one-time purchases (non-consumable) and auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase.

• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically and are charged to your Apple ID unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime after purchase in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• One-time purchases (non-consumable) are a single payment with no automatic renewal.
• Prices are shown on each App Store page and in the app, and may vary by region.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Service to violate laws or public order, infringe the rights of the Service or third parties, interfere with the Service's operation, or perform unauthorized analysis such as reverse engineering.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is. App Dragon does not warrant that the Service fits any particular purpose, meets your expectations for features, accuracy, or usefulness, or is free of defects. To the extent permitted by law, App Dragon is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is not intended for medical use, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Intellectual property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Service belong to App Dragon or their rightful owners. Rights to data you enter or create remain yours.

6. Privacy

Handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Information collected by each app is listed in the App Store's "App Privacy" section.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over App Dragon's location.
